This smoke free, historic, Victorian style home, in quaint Cape May Point, is one of the "Five Sisters" - five identical cottages built at the dawn of Sea Grove (former name of Cape May Point) in 1875 by Dr. J. Newton Walker, son-in-law of the founder, Alexander Whilldin.
The 1500 square foot home has its original hardwood floors, large walk out windows, wrap around screened porch with wicker chairs and porch swing, and open 2nd floor deck. Be aware that the stairs to the 2nd floor are original and steep. Use both hand rails as you go up or down.
The home has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, air conditioning/heat, washer/dryer, free street parking, enclosed back yard with outside shower, charcoal grill and patio seating area.
